Visitors from these regions can enter Korea visa-free without applying for an electronic authorization. For all other nationalities requiring a sticker visa (C-3), ensure your **bank statement is issued within the last 2 weeks** of submission to avoid rejection.

Is UAE residency enough to apply for K-ETA?
No. K-ETA eligibility is strictly based on your passport nationality. An Indian or Pakistani passport holder with a UAE Golden Visa still needs a C-3 sticker visa.
What is the 2-year residency rule?
For certain nationalities, the Korean Consulate in Dubai requires proof that you have lived in the UAE for at least 2 consecutive years. We check your old passport visas to confirm this before applying.
Can I use a digital bank statement?
No. The Consulate requires an original bank statement for the last 3 months with a physical wet stamp from the bank, issued no more than 14 days before your submission.
How much is the K-ETA fee in 2026?
The official fee is KRW 10,000 (approx. AED 28). Beware of third-party websites charging much higher fees; always use the official k-eta.go.kr portal.
Do I need an appointment at the Consulate?
Yes, slots are limited and must be booked in advance. During peak seasons (Cherry Blossom), slots can be booked up to 3 weeks in advance.
What is the visa validity for single entry?
Typically, a single-entry tourist visa is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of issue, allowing a maximum stay of 30 days.
